attachments to E-mail removed

I'm having a problem with OE in that it suddenly
is "removing unsafe attachments" -- in this case, anything
that isn't a text file. Every time I send or receive a
digital image, for instance, the attachemnt is opened,
pasted into the E-mail, and I can't save the attachment.
How can I override whatever is causing this?

Take a look at:

Depending on what version of Outlook you're using, you have to go to 10.0 or 9.0 For me, I have Outlook 2002 and I had to go into 10.0. You'll see what I mean when you read the tech not.
