photo attachments in outlook express 6.0

I am unable to send photo attachments to friends. They do receive my e-mail
and the paperclip is there, but they cannot open the attachment. If I send
through my web-mail, it works but not through OE. I can send a document
just fine, but not photos. Any suggestions

what happens when they try to open them? Are you using Outlook Express or
Outlook? See help, about if unsure.
