Attachments Versus Inserts

I lost the ability to attach files & photos to new messages. When I select
a file the "attach" line no longer appears and the file or photo
automatically inserts. When I reply to a message I still have the ability to
attach. What happened & how do I correct this?

Change your email format from RTF to HTML or Plain Text
