Attachments

I would like to be able to send links and other things
without them going as attachments. Everything seems to
become an attachment.

When I try to send a link to an internet page, it always
ends up as an attachment---then outlook says it is unsafe
attachment. Is there anyway to configure so that
attachments can be sent inline instead of as attachment?

I'm so frustrated trying to avoid attachments since I
know most viruses come via attachments.
