When choosing to insert a file into a message, sometimes the file is
displayed in a separate line at the top of the e-mail and other times it is
embedded in the message. Most of the time, I get notes back from others
saying they cannot read the file when it is embedded in the note. Is there a
way to set up Outlook so that the files are always inserted in a separate
line at the top? Also, we use Norton Antivirus software. Could that be
causing this problem? Thanks very much.
