Attachments

When I send a message in Outlook 2002 with a JPG attachment, it appears to go
out OK but is never received by the recipeint. All other attachments that are
sent are recived OK

To be clear, is the message received without the attachment or is it the
message that is not received at all when there is a .jpg attachment? Are you
sending with Plain Text or HTML? Is this issue with one recipient
specifically or anyone that you send a .jpg attachment to?

Thank you for the response. The messages are sent as HTML and nothing
(message or attachment) is received by anyone I send a message to with a JPG
attachment.

Is the recipient in your organization or external?

There has to be a quarantine somewhere enroute preventing delivery. The
attachment type is not going to influence the SMTP delivery of a message
otherwise.

I would be looking at mail server logs to ensure delivery from your server
to the intended destination.

All recipients are external. I have asked my ISP and they do not know what
is causing the problem. This is strange as the problem only started after I
changed ISPs.
