Split form

I have a split form as a Data Entry Screen. The form has a Calculated Control field and two "yes-no" fields. The top half of the form is the data entry screen and the bottom half is the view of all previously entered data. My problem is that the bottom half displays a portion of the Calculated Control value and both "boxes" of the 'yes', 'no' fields even though there are no other values having previously been entered in any of the other fields for that record. I need for the Calculated Control value and the 'boxes' not appear if no other information is displayed for that record.

I this possible?
