Whenever I open a .doc attachment to an Outlook Express
message in order to view the document, an error occurs
when I go to close it. The task bar just flashes and I
have to do a CTL-ALT-DLT to shut Word down. The same
thing happens even if I first save the document and then
open it.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
