Attachments?

Hello!

We recently had our Exchange servers upgraded. Software and hardware. This
upgrade also involved moving everyone's inbox from the old to the new. Since
the move, a number of our users including myself have noticed that some
emails, and these are only emails with attachments, are unable to open the
emails resulting in an error of "Microsoft Entourage has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience...". When we
open the same email with the attachment in Outlook in classic mode that we
could not in Entourage, it opens and we are able to retrieve the attachment.

ANY CLUE AS TO WHAT MIGHT BE HAPPENING HERE?

We are using Entourage 2004 with Mac OS 10.3.x.

We are using Entourage 2004 with Mac OS 10.3.x.

Try rebuilding the database and see if that helps.
