Attachments

I am trying to attach files to an e mail and the program will not respond.
This problem has just recentlly started for me. I have been doing attachments
forever and now I cannot. When I open up a new message in Outlook and then
try to attach something to it, nothing. It times out saying not responding,
and then gives me a Microsoft error message. Help me please....
