attachments

Hi,
I have Windows XP with Outlook Express 6. If someone
sends me an email with an attachment I am unable to open
the attachment &
'OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail ... '
appears on the email.
Does anyone know how to remove this to allow me to read
the attachments please?

novice, trying to find my way around the pc, everyone's
help is much appreciated.
And sorry I thought this was an OE newsgroup, I'm sure
I'll eventually get the hang of it all!!

You can find the OE group inder the Internet Explorer topics on the left
side of the web page, since OE is part of IE.
