If i remember right i thought OE had a way to split an
attachment so that it would be sent .... my isp only
allows me to send a single attachment of approx. 4meg in
size does anyone know of a way to have Outlook 2002 split
the file and send....

Thanks in Advance

No, this feature has been dropped. Compression software like WinZIP and
WinRAR also allow you to split attachments before sending.

In addition to what Robert said, there are also a myriad of split/join tools
free for the downloading. Google will find them.
