I want to provide an Excel spreadsheet as a template, attach it to the form,
then have the users fill it out and save it back to the form. I can't figure
out how to allow them to save it back to the form, and I don't want to make
them go through the exercise of finding the template file, saving it
somewhere, and then attaching it. Any ideas? THanks.
