Attacments with works

When i send my attachments via email through works no one can access my
email. this is for school and i need it to be professional. i read that i can
turn it into a PDF or something, i have no idea how to do any of this. can
anyone help??

Maybe try saving your documents as .doc instead of Works default of .wps (i
think thats the default).
