Attempt to open a PPT file encounter shut down error

I keep getting shut down when I attempt to open PPT file that I had on with 04 version. I listed the detail on the error report.

Hi Robby,

There¹s not much we can tell from the top part of the report. If you can
try posting additional detail from the report (specifically the text below
that) it might help pinpoint the issue.

Furthermore, can you give us more details as to the steps you take and what
files this happens with? All files you used in 2004? Or only some?

Also, have you been reporting the crashes to Microsoft?
