I have recently encoutered an issue with my Microsoft Excel 2007. I am
running Vista.
I can goto documents and find a file and it will open without any issues.
But if excel is running and I click File / Open. It will sit there and do
nothing. If I click on the open box. I will get a "Not Responding" error.
It is now locked up (I have waited over an hour to see if anything will
happen, it does not). Only way for me to get out of it is the click the "X"
and it will close the entire application and (unless updated) I will lose all
my work in the file that was already open.
