I have one computer on our network that doesn't show free/busy information
for other users on the network. The computer has Outlook 2002. When the
user goes to make an appointment she just starts type in the name of the
attendee instead of going to Add Others. The attendee is not recognized as
someone in her address book and therefore no free/busy information is shown
for the attendee. If she goes to Add Others and picks the same name off the
list then the free/busy information shows. I thought since she was using a
newer version of Outlook than most users in our office maybe this was the
problem so I check another computer with the same version and that computer
pulls the free/busy information when the attendee's name is typed in.
