How do I save PowerPoint presentations with audio files for viewing on a PC?

I'd use WAV sound files and ensure that they're embedded or make sure that the
sound file is in the same folder as the PPT *before* you add the sound, then be
sure to send the sound files along with the PPT and ensure that they all land
in the same folder on the PC for playback.
