I've searched and can't seem to come up with an answer. I want to be
able to click through all the slides manually but I am wondering if I
can narrate only some slides in my presentation and have the audio
after I click to open that slide with out having to click on the sound
icon? I don't want to have the presentation advance automatically and I
want some slides to have no narration. I'm not sure if this is possible
but any help is greatly appreciated.

Set the narration's animation to start with previous instead of start on
click.

If you want specifics, we need to know what version of PPT you're using.

Sorry, I forgot to add that I am using PowerPoint 2003.
