Auditing - Who has opened another individuals mb

Is there a way to monitor who has opened another users mailbox? for instance, if an admin with full administrative rights has added + viewed another users mailbox. Either by adding a new profile for an individual or by adding another mailbox to their own profile. The situation is in outlook 2k. I was told this would be kept in the auditing tab but haven't had any success when simulating the issue. Thx in advance

The Exchange Server should be logging an event in Event Viewer's Security
log saying something to the effect of, "User JSmith opened mailbox Jdoe and
is not the primary user" (or somethign like that - can't remember the exact
message) each time this is done.
