Auth errors importing pst

Hello All,

I trying to move a contacts folder from Outlook 2003/Windows 2000 to
Outlook 2003/Windows Xp. I am able to export the Pst file ok. Then copy to a
cd. When I try to import on the XP system I get an error saying "not auth to
this file or folder.
File was exported using Admin user account on Win 2000. I am using The Admin
account the XP system to do the import.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
