I am our Project Administrator. I am not sure I have the
groups/catagories set up correctly. I have all people in a Project
leaders group who can create projects and publish. I also have them in
seperated into groups according to the functional area (ie IT Dev, IT
Database). Now project leader "A" in the IT Dev group says they found
a project leader "B" in the IT Database group can open and update "A"'s
project. I want "B" to be able to view "A"s but not update. Do I just
use My Projects in the category? I am not sure how to do this. They
rollup under different managers in the RBS.
