Authorization levels in MS Project

We are thinking of using MS Project for all budget/cashflow calculations for
various projects. Not everybody is supposed to see the financials. I would
like to know if there is a possiblity of authorizing certain people with
certain access only; meaning, the person who works on the project and
schedule does not need to see the 'numbers'; therefore, I would need various
authorization levels. Is that possible in MS Project? Thanks for your help

Hello Azzuro,

Not through the desktop program. If a user can open the Project
file, he/she can see everything including any financial information.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
