Authorize distributionlist in outlook

Hi,

Here a newby question. We tried to authorize a distributionlist within
outlook 2000, to give access on a mailbox. Outlook 2000, accepts all, but
when we look back after teh update, there is nothing granted.

We have an Exchange 2003 server running.
