Auto Accept Meeting Requests from Selected Organizers

We have a specific user requirement to auto accept meeting requests only
from some selected organizers (distribution group), but there is no choice
in Rule Wizard for accepting meeting requests.

Also, we do not want to accept all meeting requests, just those from a
particular distribution list.

We need this to be done server side [exchange 03], not on the client, so
that these will
populate the calendar even with the client closed (for use in viewing the
meetings on a smartphone).

Does anyone have an idea, please?

Thanks,
Chad

Thank you for your response! I've tried this and discovered that it is
client only. Is there a way this can be done on the Exchange Server or is
there another option that would allow us to do this via exchange, so that the
client doesn't have to be running? We're trying to facilitate these meetings
populating the calendar when they are out of the office, using their pda.

Thanks,
Chad
You'd need to use an event sink on the server.

to do it in outlook with rules see

See if the exchange guys have any ideas -

as I mentioned earlier, it may be possible to do using an event sink on the
server but I don't have any sample code for that (that i can recall).
