auto add a reply to address book?

I have 2003 and cannot seem to find the option (it was in previous versions)
of "automatically adding people I reply to in to my address book." Is that
feature not in this version? If it is, please tell me how to locate it.

No such option in OL2003, but you can do it in code. See
