Auto-approve time submited (Web Access)

I do not want to manually approve all time submitted by users in Web Access. I tried to set up rules for auto-approval but it still seems that I need to manually click Accept and Update...

Is there anyway to skip accept and update process in Web Access?

Sorry, but the best you can do is to create one or more Rules to process
task updates, and even if you do, you must still click the Run Rules Now
button. Sorry.

do you know if it is because of some Microsoft ideology concerns or tech.
aspects? All PMs (18) of my organization find it extremely incovenient...

No idea. I don't work for Microsoft, so I have no idea about their thoughts
