Auto Archive and Auto name Checking

Is there a away to Administratively disable the Auto Name
Checking on Outlook clients. I need to do this for several
PCs, and I would like to do it so that they can not
manually re-enable the feature.
Does anyone know of a way to do this?

I would also like to disable the ability to turn Auto-
archiving on as well. Is there a way?
