Can anyone help me, I’m using office 2002 and am trying to setup auto
archiving in Outlook but I cant seem to get it working correctly. I first set
the auto archive settings to create an archive.pst to a mapped drive and to
archive items older than 6 months. When I run the archive all that happened
was that the archive.pst file was created and all of the folders where
created in the new archive file, but no items where moved.
I then thought well ok lets see what happens when I set it to archive
locally. So I set the archive location to my local c: drive and attempted to
archive again. This sort of worked but did not archive all of the items as
expected. It moved items that were older than the six months but only up to
about 9 months old.
Can anyone offer me any suggestion that might help
