Auto-Archive settings wont stick!

I've configured my Outlook 2000 to Auto-Archive but if I
restart my system, the Auto-Archive setting is un-checked
again. Any idea how and where to look for what might be
resetting this? We aren't pushing any applicable GPO's
that affect it.......
