Folder fields change with Auto Archive - Outlook 2003

Dear all

I have a very big annoyance where everytime Auto Archive runs, on any
folder it archives, it will change the fields. So on many of my
folders I use the "From" field to help identify specific items, yet
when the auto archive has finished, the "From" field is replaced by
the "To" field.

I cannot find a flag or setting to turn this off and as I have in
excess of 250 folders in outlook, this becomes a big issue that I also
have stopped running auto archive to prevent this mess, but clearly
that is bloating my PST file.
