Here is a freeware script to automatically add an e-mail address as Bcc to
all outgoing messages:

Thanks for the resources I tried method 1 and it worked but only once. Then
I tried the other methods but can't get it to work. Any ideas?

sorry but I haven´t tested the 3rd party solution. I would contact the
developer company of the software, or for the script, you could ask the
question in the forum of the website:

or maybe Sue (Sue Mosher, MVP for Outlook and owner of the outlookcode
website) has an idea why the script does not work. ;-)
