auto change number entries

Is there a way that I can change all of the hard 8's entered into a worksheet
(not the 8's resulting from formulas) to all hard 9's without re-typing all
of the data?

F5>Special>Constants. Checkmark what you want..numbers? and OK your way out.

Formula cells will not be selected.

Edit>Replace

what: 8
with: 9
