auto check email 2minutes????????

I have worked with Outlook express, and it has a provision where you
can have your mail checked automatic every minute, or longer ,,depends
on how you want it set,,,,,,,, is there such a '''setting''' with
Outlook??????????? thanks in advance. cl.

Goto Tools-> Options-> Tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive... at the bottom
you can set the interval
