Auto Clear Picture from Clipboard

After I copy paste a picture to a word document, save it and close it,
it asks "You placed a picture on the clipboard. Do you want this
picture to be available to other applications after you quit word?"
and has 3 options for me "yes" , "No" , "Cancel" .

How do I make sure it always selects "No"?

All help is appreciated.
