Auto close a database

Hi
Can any one give me a code that automatically close the access file. We are
using a shared file.Some users keep it open for a long time.How can make a
rule the file should automatically close if a user not using file more than 3
mins.Can it be set per user.On the switchborad we are showing the current
user name(Windows log on name), can any one help in this

While it only mentions up to Access 97, it'll work in all versions.
