Auto complete in To: box using LDAP

Hi there,

I would like to ask whether it is possible for Outlook to connect to our
companys LDAP server and automatically complete or list similar email
addresses for colleagues as text is entered into an emails 'To:' box just as
it does for locally stored contacts.

I find it quite frustrating having to click on the 'To:' icon , then select
'LDAP Server', then click the 'Advanced' button, select 'Find, enter search
details then click 'OK' each time I want to add a colleague to my recipients
list.

I would be grateful for any advice you could give me.
