Auto-complete/resolution causes crash

Outlook 2003; Exchange 2003 SP1 all HF.

When a user (only the one) opens aa new mail and tries to enter an address
in the "To", "CC" or "BCC" boxes, Outlook crashes, with the faulting module
as Outllib.dll.

I have tried re-installing Outlook to no avail. I have also switched off the
"suggest names" feature, which enables the user to type a name, but the crash
then occurs as soon as tthe focus changes to the writing pane.

Help!

Thanks
Jake Eyre

Have you tried Detect and Repair? Have you tried running scanpst.exe (if
using a .pst file) against the .pst file?

Hi Milly,

Thanks for the reply.

The user is on an exchange server. She has no PST file. If switch her to
cached exhange mode, it makes no difference.

I have already run a detect and repair.

Thanks
