Outlook 2007 Crashing - event ID 1000 - olmapi32.dll

Consistant issue since install Outlook 2007 SP1
- New email arrives, highlight email, outlook crashes
- Restart and the reading pane is turned off

I do not run Norton AV (McAfee 8.5.0.781 VSE)
SP2 did not solve the issue
Repair / Re-installs (about 10 times now) have not helped
olmapi32.dll appears current - 12.0.66504.5000, 4/17/2009

Any ideas? I'm ready to roll back to Office 2003...
