auto complete

Hi,

When working on the worship folder (Publisher 2003) I was given a piece that
I copy and pasted. For example:
C: Blah, Blah Blah

P: Blah, Blah Blah

I needed to drop part of a sentence down a line due to running off the page.
When I did that it recognized this as if I was alphabetizing. C to D...P to
Q. On the other work I did not have this problem. Then I realized the Pastor
gave me the info with colons by the letter. As soon as I got rid of the
colons this did not happen. Now for the question...Is there a way to not have
publisher automatically assume that I am doing something by alphabet? I have
gone into Help and nothing. Option under auto complete but no luck. Any
advice?
Thank you.

a) If something's running off the page, then your text box is probably
poorly-sized. Resize the text box and allow the text to wrap normally.

b) Inserting a break in a line to go to the next line should not be done
by just using the Return (or Enter) key, as this inserts a *paragraph*
break. Hence the numbering. Use Shift+Enter to insert a line break,
which keeps the text grouped logically together.

Have you checked out Tools > AutoCorrect Options?

Yes, I did auto correct (which I accidently wrote in the 1st post as and
title as auto complete) there was nothing that corrected this. Nor do I know
how to set up auto Correct to not do this. My page is sized as I need it or
for my purpose. I must drop the text down one line. Your suggestion to use
'Shift+Enter" works however it indents the next line. You know how to get
around that one? I do know now not to include the colons when I copy what
Pastor gives me. Thank you for your help. I really like the great help and
advice that is provided here.
