auto completing email addresses

Does Microsoft 200 has the capability to complete the email address when you
type the emails?
if yes, how and where to set it?

What version of Outlook are we talking about?
Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2002 (Outlook XP) will do this, however, Outlook
2000 will not.
