Auto Correct

I use Outlook2003 for email, and within that i use MS-WORD as my email editor.

I have many Auto Correct shortcuts in Outlook, how do i get these Auto
Correct short cuts into MS-WORD and MS-EXCEL; as they dont appear to be in
there?
