auto-create an outlook profile using POP settings

Hi Everyone!

I have seen many articles about auto-creating an outlook profile with
exchange, but what if a business runs another type of mail server
(POP3) and would also like to do the same? I know I might have to go
to the VB path but any tips are welcomed :)
