Hi. I currently have serveral folders in my inbox and have configured
a rule to automatically delete the contents of these folders if the
received date is 2 days old. The problem is that when these contents
are deleted they are obviously placed into Deleted Items first. I
would however prefer that these contents are deleted completely
without placing these in the Deleted Items. Note that I only want to
enable this for specific folders and dont want deleted content from
other folders to be completely deleted.
So, is there a way to tell Outlook: If I delete items from this
specific folder then automatically delete these items without placing
them in Deleted Items first. All other folders should behave as
normal.
