Auto Dial - dialing calling card, but not for toll-free numbers

I have Outlook set up to use my calling card. This is
very convenient for most calls, but there is a problem.
Every time Outlook autodials a toll-free number, it first
dials the calling card.

Is there a way to prevent auto dial from using the calling
card for toll free-numbers?
