Auto dial-up

Hi

I'm having a problem with my machine dialing up every other minute or so
without being scheduled to do so. I'm running XP and my machine crashed
during Outlook starting up yesterday and now the machine keeps dialing up
whether it's sitting idle or working.

I've been into Tools/Options/SendReceiveSettings and only have the top box
ticked to senr/rec when online (ie. no auto dial) and have also ticked
Tools/SendReceiveSettings - Disable Scheduled Send/Receive but it keeps
doing it. Is there somewhere else I can look?
