Auto Enter Outlook Password

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 on my Windows XP Pro SP2 computer.
Whenever Outlook loads it asks for my username and password. The
username stays there but there is no option to save the password. Is
there a way to enable this or even better have it automatically
entered?
