I am trying to create a contract form that asks for several answers on page 1
and then iserts them automatically into a contract in various places with
multiple occurances. I would like it to look like it was all typed from
scratch just for that client. Is using macros the way to go or is there a
better way?

A UserForm or an OnLine Form would probably best meet your needs. For more
about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm.

UserForms are more complex but also more flexible.

Hope this helps,
