Auto-fill

I have a database (A) with several fields of text and numbers

I am compiling a new database (B)

I want to enter data into one field in (B) that also appears in a fiel
in (A)

Then I want all the fields in (B) to auto-fill with data from the othe
fields in (A)

Any ideas
