Open your form in Design View and then open the form's Property Sheet. Look
for the Picture property - it should say :
(bitmap)
replace that property with:
(none)
You will get a prompt when you move off the property row asking "Do you want
to remove this picture from the form?". Click 'Yes' and save your form
